Dennis Foggia set the fastest time during the second free practice session for the Austrian Grand Prix. The Leopard team driver set the new track record in 1' 41.774.
Second position for the Red Bull KTM Tech3 team rider, Deniz Oncu, protagonist of a fall with Lorenzo Fellon, fortunately without consequence, which preceded John mcphee (Sterilgarda Max Racing). The fourth was Tatsuki suzuki (Leopard Racing), followed by Diogo Moreira (MT Helmets) and Ayumu Sasaki (Sterilgarda Max Racing).
Seventh Stefano Nepa (Angeluss MTA), in front of the pilot of the SIC58 Squadra Corse team, Riccardo Rossi. Ninth James Masia (Red Bull KTM Ajo) with David munoz (BOE Motorsports) to close the TOP 10 times.

fellon is 20th. After the first quarter of an hour, the Japanese on the Husqvarna sets the mark at 1'41.864. Masia, Holgado, Oncu et McPhee follow. The first Honda is that of Suzuki, eighth, in front of his teammate Foggia. Halfway through the session, nothing moves, except with a Munoz who takes second place.

The last quarter of an hour has begun and the times are finally panicking. holgado clocked a 1'41.823 which puts him in command of the session but not yet of the combined ranking.

The last five minutes have begun and they constitute a final assault against the clock. Sasaki sets the tone in 1'41.311. It's half a second better than holgado in the lead until then.

Suzuki falls while Oncu passes in front in 1'41.285. Under the checkered flag, it is the Turk who maintains the advantage in front Sasaki, Guevara, Foggia, sole Honda driver and Garcia. fellon is 19th.
