First, main favorite, the pole sitter; Diogo Moreira (KTM MT Helmets MSi), for the first time in his career. The Brazilian, despite a difficult start to the season, remains poisonous. How not to mention Jaume Masiá (Honda Leopard Racing), in Olympic form for some time. Particular attention had to be paid to the Colombian rookie David Alonso (Gaviota GasGas Aspar Team), who is accumulating stratospheric performances, without forgetting Daniel Holgado (Red Bull KTM Tech3 and Ayumu Sasaki (Liqui Moly Husqvarna Intact GP), major players in the championship .

The weather is good in Indonesia; it's hot, and that will also be a determining factor. But there is already trouble! Ayumu Sasaki fell in the gridding round! Absolutely incredible! The mechanics are giving their all.

Let's go ! Very good start Diogo Moreira, followed by Collin Veijer. Jaume Masia lost a few positions; the Honda driver is in difficulty. Ayumu Sasaki is last, it's hopeless. Daniel Holgado try a crazy maneuver, be careful not to fold so early in the race!

Small error Veijer, which allows holgado to get closer to the head occupied by Diogo Moreira. Ivan Ortolá, (KTM Angeluss MTA Team), double winner in 2023 but very discreet for some time, suffered two long lapses due to a stolen start. That's not going to help him.

Daniel Holgado, very comfortable, finally takes the lead.

Jaume Masia is second, ready to strike. WhileAna Carrasco (KTM Boé Motorsports) soars into the skies of the island of Lombok, its first fall in 2023. David Alonso is also in the leading group, watch out for him.

In the second winding sector, the Honda of Jaume Masia is just impressive. But Daniel Holgado don't give up. But the real disaster is for Ayumu Sasaki, which is struggling to move up the less prestigious places. Collin Veijer rewards us with brilliant surpassing. This rookie definitely has something special.

The battle is only intensifying. During this time, Adrian Fernandez (Honda Leopard Racing), brother of Raul, tastes gravel. Of course, it is still too early for a serious prediction with nine rounds to go, but Daniel Holgado seems most comfortable in the lead.

Collin Veijer wants this first victory today, that's a certainty. Since Austria, it has never been so strong if our memory does not fail us. The big absentee of the day is none other than Deniz Oncu, simply not up to the debates. The abandonment of Scott Ogden (Honda VisionTrack Racing) is just announced.

Diogo Moreira is not to be neglected, the battle is extremely tense. It is not uncommon to see them three abreast entering the corners. Be careful, because Daniel Holgado has clearly cut the trail but does not seem to be aware of it! A strange image. But he suffers a long lap, totally deserved! It's as if he hadn't seen the limits of the track, what a mistake for the Spaniard! He comes out in 10th place, his dreams of victory go up in smoke... and perhaps the world title is at stake.

Jaume Masia thanks him warmly. He inherits the first position. And it is now David Munoz (KTM Boé Motorsports) which appears out of nowhere! But despite its accumulated delay, Daniel Holgado is still in the race for victory but he has another long lap! In his excitement he touches Jaume Masia. It is therefore Diogo Moreira who inherits the best position at the start of the last lap.

And it is finally Diogo Moreira who wins this crazy race! What a finale! David Alonso is second, while David Muñoz is third. He becomes the first Brazilian winner since Alex Barros in 2005. In the championship, Jaume Masia leads by 16 points Ayumu Sasaki, while Daniel Holgado received a three-second penalty due to a second long lap not respected.
