The Spanish pilot Sergio García Dols will spearhead the Aspar team in the Moto3 world championship in 2021.
The young driver from Castellón, born in 2003, arrived at the Aspar team at the age of 17, but already with a victory under his belt, since he won the Valencia Grand Prix in 2019 under the colors Galicia Star 0,0 with whom he is still racing this season.
Sergio Garcia Dols made his World Championship debut at the 2019 Americas Grand Prix, after missing the Qatar Grand Prix because he was still only 15 years old. The Valencian finished the season in style, with great progress that led him to finish second in Malaysia and win his first Grand Prix at the Ricardo Tormo circuit.
Today the Valencian driver formalizes a contract with the Aspar team to fight for the title of the lightweight category in 2021, while he occupies 15th place in the championship, with 76 points.
