Styria Razlan Razali Qatar

Jaume Masia left the Qatar Grand Prix at the top of the order and began his Doha Grand Prix at the top of the timesheet. The Losail route therefore seems to suit the Spaniard from the Ajo KTM team. His lap in 2'05.360 was the best in FP1, and quite clearly ahead of his closest pursuer...

The winner of the previous Grand Prix was in fact more than half a second behind Dennis Foggia of Leopard Racing, who regrets a goalless score last Sunday, after being taken out by Carlo Tatay (Avintia Esponsorama Moto3).

Filip Salac (Rivacold Snipers Team) inherited the third time of these FP1, ahead of John McPhee (Petronas Sprinta Racing), also looking for revenge and Andi Farid Izdihar (Honda Team Asia). Yuki Kunii (Honda Team Asia) was credited with the sixth fastest time, while Xavi Artigas (Leopard Racing); who will be sanctioned in the race with two Long Laps Penalties for having caused a collision, ranked seventh.

Kaito Toba (CIP – Green Power), Romano Fenati (Sterilgarda Max Racing) and Izan Guevara (GASGAS Gaviota Aspar Team) completed the provisional Top 10. French Lorenzo Fellon (SIC58 Squadra Corse) currently occupies 22nd position.
