Moto3 Valencia Q1: Suzuki, Tatay, López and Binder qualify for Q2

Marcos Ramírez was the fastest after the three free practice sessions in 1'39.492, ahead of his teammate Dalla Porta, Canet, Masiá, Garcia, Artigas and Fenati.

For this first qualifying session, the weather was a little more favorable than in the morning, now with 16° for the air and 20° for the asphalt.

The first to achieve a fast time was Albert Arenas in 1'40.525. He preceded Stefano Nepa in 1'40.618.

Then Tatsuki Suzuki took the lead in 1'39.500. Darryn Binder followed him in 1'39.937. Can Öncü fell without gravity in Turn 14.

Kazuki Masaki fell shortly after, also without injury to the pilot. Suzuki, Binder, Arenas and Toba were for the moment, 5 minutes from the checkered flag, the four qualified for Q2.

During the final moments, Suzuki remained the fastest in 1'39.500. The four qualifiers were Suzuki, Tatay, López and Binder.
