Last weekend a round of the MotoAmerica championship took place on the Laguna Seca circuit. An emotional event as Nicky Hayden's loved ones gathered to receive a token of gratitude from Monterey County and the State of California.
If the older brother of the late American pilot, Tommy, took it upon himself to thank, on behalf of the family, the younger brother, Roger Lee, was on the Superbike track, riding his official Suzuki GSX-R from the Yoshumira Suzuki Factory Racing team.
And he almost won the second race when, on the last lap, the 2 Moto2010 world champion Tony Elias, his teammate who had already won the first race, came back like a cannonball!

Remaining on 4 consecutive victories, Toni Elias leads the championship by 35 points over his teammate.
