A third meeting took place on the sidelines of the Austrian GP to further prepare for the arrival of the FIM Enel MotoE™ World Cup. Here is what came out according to the publication of the official MotoGP.com website.
This meeting, similar to the one organized in Mugello and Qatar, was led by the Executive Director of the Cup Nicolas Goubert. Who was accompanied for the occasion by Pau Serracanta (Managing Director – Dorna Sports), Corrado Cecchinelli (Technology Director – Dorna Sports), Carlos Ezpeleta (Sporting Manager – Dorna Sports) and Mike Trimby (CEO – IRTA).
Teams
On the agenda, there was of course the arrival of the SIC team, which brings to 12 the number of structures represented next season in MotoE™, the equivalent of 18 motorcycles lined up on the grid and distributed from following way.

Enel (title sponsor), Energica (motorcycle manufacturer), Michelin (tire supplier) and DHL (logistics partner) are the four sponsors confirmed for the 2019 edition of the FIM Enel MotoE™ World Cup.
Technical partners
Technical partners were also discussed and some have already assured that they will be part of the adventure, such as Dell'Orto, Regina, Brembo, Marchesini and Öhlins.
Nicolas Goubert also took the opportunity to discuss the success of the recent test, focused on the tires.
“Just before this meeting on Saturday we had a new test session with the Energica. We were able to test the tires and everything went very well. Loris Capirossi and Alessandro Branetti were running lap times similar to those of Moto3™. »
Race calendar and team composition
An announcement will be made on the sidelines of the San Marino Grand Prix to reveal the circuits where the FIM Enel MotoE™ World Cup will travel. In Aragón, the list of future drivers lined up will then be revealed. In the meantime, Neil Hodgson will take the helm of the Energica Ego Corsa at Silverstone next weekend.
