The announcement of the Marc VDS Racing team has not yet been made but the driver Tom Luthi is already making its communication in the columns of Swiss newspapers. The rumor of his arrival in MotoGP next season alongside Franco Morbidelli had already been endorsed by compatriot Dominique Aegerter who congratulated him on his promotion on his social network. Now it is the main interested party who confirms his new trajectory which makes him join that of compatriot Eskil Suter.

Within the Belgian Marc VDS team, Tom Luthi will have a Honda RC 213V. He will become the eleventh Swiss to discover the elite. His contract will be for one year with an option for the second year.
