MotoGP: Álex Rins and Joan Mir mobilized against childhood leukemia cancer

Suzuki riders, Álex Rins and Joan Mir, very involved in the fight against childhood leukemia cancer, donated some of “their work tools” for a sale to solidarity auctions on eBay. 

After meeting with a group of children facing leukemia during the Valencia Grand Prix, Alex Rins et Joan mir, the Suzuki Ecstar riders, have once again mobilized alongside the Foundation “ Oneamongonehundredthousand » and donated special items, personalized pieces for the occasion, for a solidarity auction on eBay.

For this new solidarity auction, alex rins donated a very special helmet with the motto “Fight Strong” and specially customized boots simulating wearing the gold laces sold by “ Unoentrecienmil » on " www.loscordonesdorados.org » to raise funds. Joan Mir has autographed the boots with which he raced during the Valencia event and delivered them for this charity auction which will soon include a helmet signed by the two drivers Suzuki Ecstar. Other products are still to come.

This solidarity auction will be open until December 22 and is part of the joint global action between “Unoentrecienmil” and Suzuki Ecstar under the motto #FullGasCon-traLaLeucemiaInfantil. It should be noted that during the Valencia Grand Prix, all members of the Suzuki Ecstar team wore the golden laces against childhood leukemia to raise awareness of the need to invest and promote research into this terrible disease that diagnoses more than 300 children in Spain each year.

The foundation " Oneamongonehundredthousand » was born in 2012 with the aim of developing research projects on childhood leukemia, a disease which represents 30% of diagnosed cases of childhood cancer.

Since the creation of the foundation, more than 700 have been collected and used for research in several areas related to this terrible disease. (benefit of physical activity in childhood cancer, clinical trials, immunotherapy).
