Barely got off his official Ducati GP22 after obtaining 3rd place in the German Grand Prix on the Sachsenring circuit, Jack Miller spoke in front of the cameras of the official website MotoGP.com  and of Canal + with the joy of getting back on the podium despite a Long Lap penalty…

Jack, even a Long Lap penalty doesn't stop you from getting on the podium! The real Jack is back!
Jack Miller : " I tried to attack under braking and I had a few nice drops of water, but that gave me confidence. The grip level was really low, especially at the start. I didn't have one of my best starts and I almost crashed during the Long Lap (laughs). I don't know if it was when Pecco crashed or someone else, but there were stones in it and I lost the front. But I didn't waste that much time. I had a good pace and I just had to manage but I came up against Aleix who is very strong when braking. I couldn't pass him if he didn't make a mistake, so he ran well.
I'm sorry for Pecco because he didn't do anything wrong, just the grip was very low at the start of the race. I'm really sorry for him but I'm very happy to be back on the podium. »
