Everyone is made of their own nature, there can be different characteristics which can be negative or positive, but in the end, the difference is that, today, with him I don't have to think "I have to make a strategy on Jorge” or “I have to be careful that he doesn’t hit me”. He thinks of himself, I think of myself, and we try to bring home as much as possible. It creates a quiet rapport, regardless of who you are, whether I like you or not, because you're not trying to influence another person. There is a serenity regardless of the outcome. In my opinion, it is normal for the relationships to be like this in the teams, it was not normal as it was in past years or as it happens in other teams. »
