Superb vice-World Champion last year by going to threaten Marc Marquez at his home in Spain until the last race, Dovi highlighted his personality very different from those of Valentino Rossi, Jorge Lorenzo or Johann Zarco.
The excellent Spanish journalist Manuel Pecino has collected on his blog some sentences expressed by Dovi which give a fairly precise idea of the character. Here are some excerpts from this anthology:
