Peter Acosta quickly captured the attention of the MotoGP paddock after just two races, thanks to its remarkable performances on the track. His meteoric rise and daring overtakes, particularly against seasoned drivers such as Marc Marquez et Pecco Bagnaia, proved that the young pilot GASGAS is a force to be reckoned with.

By achieving his first MotoGP podium at Portimao, Acosta became the third youngest rider to achieve this feat in the premier class, and if he wins before the Sachsenring, he will dethrone Marc Marquez as the youngest winner in MotoGP.
