The French Grand Prix ended last Sunday and here we are already with Aragon in sight. The Motorland site will host two races, like Valencia then all before the Portimao final on November 22. The Le Mans deadline should give a clear trend on the shape of the title race. But the meeting was missed, largely because of the rain which confused the cards. As a result, nothing has yet been done for anyone, or almost nothing…

fabio quartararo arrives Aragon as leader of the championship with 10 points ahead of the Suzuki of Joan mir and 18 on Andrea Dovizioso with his Ducati. Two machines which should take the advantage over the Yamaha, which is also the bike of Casa Particular in Viñales, pushed back to 19 lengths.

Aragon is in fact composed of a long straight line which could be torture for the M1. The track is 5,1 km long and has 10 left turns and 7 right turns. The circuit, designed by historic architect Hermann Tilke, entered the MotoGP calendar in 2010.

A torture for Yamaha?

The first and second editions were won by Casey Stoner, first on Ducati then Honda, then, in the following years, the Grand Prix was monopolized by the Spaniards, with Dani Pedrosa in 2012, Jorge Lorenzo in 2014 and 2015 and Marc Marquez who stood on the top step of the podium in 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

The latter will still be absent, and his succession is therefore once again open. But in a campaign where 7 winners declared themselves in 9 shopping while 15 different pilots have experienced the joys of the podium, very clever is the one who can give a sure prediction. Only one certainty however: for the moment, no rain is forecast for the Aragon Grand Prix, only scattered cloud cover on Friday, with temperatures expected around 20 degrees for the whole weekend...
