After a week's break, the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP team heads to MotorLand Aragón for the 13th round of the 2021 MotoGP World Championship with fabio quartararo, the team and Yamaha at the top of their respective championships.

The Aragón circuit is known to be a difficult circuit. The best result ofThe Devil there was his top 5 finish in the MotoGP class in 2019. However, he is keen to change that statistic next weekend as he targets a podium place.
The MotorLand Aragón circuit was added to the MotoGP calendar in 2010. The track is located near the town of Alcañiz, a few hours' drive from Barcelona. The 5,1 km long fast track has ten left turns and seven right turns, as well as a 968 meter straight. It received the IRTA award for Best Grand Prix of the Year after MotoGP's first visit, a testament to the venue's appreciation by riders and fans.
fabio quartararo : “Aragón is probably the worst circuit on the calendar, not for the Yamaha bike, but for me. I've been fast there before, I got pole position last year, but I've never been really consistent. So that would be a great thing to fix. I want to learn on this circuit and be consistent there too. »
Massimo Meregalli : “We arrive in Aragón with motivation as strong as ever. We had very good results at the British GP, which gave us morale, but here we have to start from scratch. We know that it is a circuit that does not work in favor of our bike. That said, neither is the Spielberg circuit, and Fabio's pace was still competitive enough to challenge for a podium there. Cal knows the Aragón circuit very well and has always been competitive here. So with that in mind, we're very curious to see what we can achieve this weekend. One thing is certain, we are 100% committed to fighting for the top places. There is no doubt that it will be difficult work, but we are up for the challenge. »
