110 days after last running on a machine MotoGP during the Italian Grand Prix on May 29, Marc Marquez will return to competition at Alcaniz. Since successfully undergoing a fourth operation on his right humerus, the eight-time world champion has followed the strict advice of his medical team to facilitate a full recovery. After numerous check-ups, consultations and tests, all those involved are satisfied with the recovery achieved and #93 will now move on to the next stage of his rehabilitation: the return to competition.
The focus of the weekend will be to continue to improve fitness and evaluate performance during the intensity of a weekend and a Grand Prix race. Born in Cervera, MotorLand Aragon can truly be considered a home circuit for Marc Marquez and the local fans have always helped support his performances on track. So it’s also good for ticketing.
