Argentina

This Argentine Grand Prix has kept all its promises so far and, this Sunday, it is Alex Marquez who will start the race which will count for the statistics, with his 25 points for the winner. However, we cannot forget the dazzling performance of Brad Binder on Saturday who, with his KTM, did not leave his share to the dogs by snatching the Sprint, starting from fifteenth place. On the Termas de Rio circuit, Hondo the KTM rider was the author of a “rocket” start, which took him to the head of the race, of which he took control from the Yamaha of… Franco Morbidelli…

The South African pilot then resisted the attacks carried out by Marco Bezzecchi which, after overtaking and counter-attacks with bagnaia et Marini, positioned itself as being able to deliver the final blow to the KTM in the last lap. But Brad Binder showed that he knew how to defend as well as attack, leaving Bezzecchi with runner-up status. Third place goes to Luca marini who had never finished in the top three in a MotoGP race.

Fourth, Franco Morbidelli, the Italian-Brazilian pilot Yamaha was right about one Alex Marquez who, after pole position, fought tooth and nail but in a fair manner, notably with Pecco Bagnaia, who is satisfied with sixth place. The reigning champion could not fight for victory, but takes a valuable sixth place for the championship. Behind him was Maverick Viñales with the Aprilia, while Aleix Espargaró crashed.

George Martin (Ducati Pramac) and Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha Factory) also scored in the points, while Jack Miller (KTM) finished tenth. Fabio DiGiannantonio (Gresini Racing) crossed the finish line in 12th position, ahead of John Zarco et Raul Fernandez, followed by alex rins et Augusto Fernandez. To note that Joan mir fell at the start of the race. He was taken to the medical center.
