Argentina

This weekend is reserved for the third round of the MotoGP season, which will be back on track in Argentina after two years of absence. The paddock will return to the Termas de Rio Hondo circuit. A venue built in 2007, where the world championship debuted in 2014. There have only been six editions contested, because in the last two years the race was canceled due to the health crisis. The list of winners is dominated by Marc Marquez, winner in 2014, 2016 and 2019 on his Honda, who is therefore also the most successful manufacturer on this circuit. The brand even boasts four successes thanks to Cal Cruchtlow in 2018. In 2015 and 2017, it was Yamaha, in the first case with Valentino Rossi and in the second with Maverick Viñales who won…

The success of the “Doctor” remains unforgettable, matured after a very tough duel with Marc Marquez who ended up falling. This race marked the breakdown in relations between the two champions, with the epilogue that we know from this high-tension season... The two returned to face each other in Argentina in 2018, with the Spaniard overtaking too aggressively. on a wet track which had knocked Valentino Rossi off his hinges. At the end of the race, furious, he refused his rival's excuses.

Coming back to current events, the MotoGP seems capable of giving us one of the most balanced seasons of all time, but at the moment there are three Italians leading the three categories of the World Championship. With the success in Qatar and the eleventh place in Indonesia, Enea Bastianini leads the premier class with 30 points, followed closely by Brad Binder two points with KTM. Followed by the Yamaha of fabio quartararo three length and Miguel Oliveira on his KTM which regrets a liability of five units, one less than Johann zarco...

In Moto2 Celestine Vietti leads with 45 points, after the victory in Losail and the second place of Mandalika, followed byAron canet which has 36. Dennis Foggia is first in Moto3, thanks to the success achieved in Indonesia, with only one step ahead of Sergio Garcia. The fourth is Andrea Migno, winner in Qatar but forced to retire last Sunday, overtaken by Izan Guevara which rose to 28 points.
