To the great joy of Pedro Acosta, after a well-deserved three-week break to recharge the batteries, the Red Bull GASGAS Tech3 team is back on the circuits with a double event before the summer break. The next step ? The legendary Motul TT Assen in the Netherlands, nicknamed the Cathedral of Speed, which will remain a must-see MotoGP stop until 2031, thanks to a recent six-year contract extension with the circuit.
Building on an impressive performance at Mugello with a sprint medal and a solid fifth place in the Grand Prix, the rookie Pedro Acosta is more motivated than ever to get back on his RC16 and rediscover the adrenaline of racing. Since the start of the season, the young Spaniard has continued to amaze with his rapid adaptation to the premier category, positioning himself as a regular competitor capable of challenging the best every weekend.
With just two rounds remaining to become the youngest rider to win a MotoGP race and break the record Marc Marquez, Acosta will head towards Assen with this challenge in mind.

He specifies : “Assen is a circuit that I love, with a beautiful track and a spectacular atmosphere. We'll see how we feel on Friday and how the weekend progresses. Little by little we are adapting more and more to the bike, which is reflected in our regularity, especially on Saturdays.
