A test and a fact on which the team member Marc Márquez returns, while assessing the difficult physical challenge that awaits him in Texas…

Dani Pedrosa will be there in Austin this weekend. The Honda official was discharged by doctors who deemed him fit to face his responsibilities, just a few days after wrist surgery. A fracture following a fall suffered on the Termas de Rio Hondo route after a skirmish with Johann zarco. On this situation, he explains GP One : "I don't have much to add about what happened in Argentina. The situation is quite clear. But it is incomprehensible to see that Marquez was sanctioned in this Grand Prix for his maneuvers and not Zarco. But these are the kind of decisions we can't do anything about. ».

He specifies : " pilots can say one thing or exactly the opposite depending on the situation in which they find themselves and whether this situation affects them or not. It is the race direction who decides. But making different decisions in the same situation is a problem. In the end, all I can say is that it's the clean drivers who, in the end, are the biggest losers ».

The Honda official who negotiates the renewal of his lease with HRC ends with what awaits him in Austin: “ I'm here to get on the bike and see where I'm at. The operation on my wrist went well, but it hurts and I need to check where I am once in the saddle. I know it will be complicated, because it is one of the most demanding tracks. I just had time to work on my wrist mobility and treat the inflammation. I don't know what will happen, or if I will be able to drive for the Grand Prix. We will have to see after the first turns of the wheels ».
