The 2020 MotoGP season which will begin in March in Qatar should get off to a flying start. This year, we will indeed not have to waste time to ensure a future towards 2021 and 2022. The transfer market for this period will be open and no one will want to dawdle to put everything in order before concentrating exclusively for the current financial year. As a result, between the riders who will have a bike from last year still in the race aiming for a better status, and those who will aim for the best places or wish to perpetuate theirs, it will be a free-for-all. But it won't last long...

Let it be said: in 2020, you must not miss the start of the season. Otherwise, we will pay the price for that of 2021 and 2022. It is in fact in this first part of the campaign that the best contracts will be signed. Which promises us a tough battle since the level of motorcycles between the new models and those of last year is still more or less balanced at this time.

The entry pressure will be high and the firing window will be reduced. At least that's what it says Francis Bagnaia who is certain of this: “ there is a risk that we arrive at the Spanish Grand Prix in Jerez with all the contracts already concluded. » We will recall that Jerez is only the fifth of 20 Grand Prix on the calendar. It will take place at the beginning of May. All contracts in force in MotoGP expire at the end of 2020, with the exception of that of Tito Rabat. Managers are already on a war footing.
