The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) is celebrating its 120th anniversary this year. On this occasion, the governing body of the MotoGP championship organized an event in the Vatican with its representatives, to which Pecco Bagnaia was invited. Together, representatives of various institutions, as well as the two-time Ducati world champion, visited Pope Francis.

Among the other guests, the president of CONI (the Italian National Olympic Committee) Giovanni Malag, the president of FIM Jorge Viegas, and the president of FMI (the Italian motorcycle federation) Giovanni Copioli.
