Last Sunday at Le Mans, in memory, we had never seen the MotoGP teams pack up their equipment so quickly...

While the drivers were having a final autograph session, the mechanics were dismantling the boxes at full speed and loading the precious machines with their reserve of compressed air into the trucks.

And for good reason !

All these little people (with the exception of Marc VDS and, according to our sources, from Pramac) had only one day to go to the Barcelona-Catalunya circuit to test its new surface and the modification of turn #13, despite the ban on trucks from driving on this public holiday Monday...

A puzzle solved in part by exceptional authorization and two drivers per truck, but which, at Michelin, took on the appearance of a real nightmare since it was also necessary for new tires to be mounted on the rims in time to Tuesday morning ! What we started doing on Sunday, as soon as the race finished.

As a reminder, Michelin, after having a tire stolen a few years ago, never leaves any rubber to the teams, apart from envelopes intended solely for transport...

In short, an organization partly based on vans which should allow the teams present to be operational from this Tuesday morning, knowing that the test will be postponed by a day in the event of rain.

Entrance is possible for the public, at the price of 8 euros for today and 12 euros for the two days. It is free for those who already have a ticket for the Grand Prix which will take place on June 17.
