Incidentally, this is perhaps the only bond that still unites them, in addition to blood, because the same Chicho admits that he no longer has many relationships with his illustrious offspring. He doesn't have any more with those who started at his school, before becoming World Champion. There are four World Champions who must Chicho Lorenzo the fact of having taken their first steps in motorcycle racing, and they are all linked to Mallorca. The first was George five-time World Champion, the second Joan mir, double World Champion, since crowned in Moto3 and MotoGP, then the last two of this 2022 season, i.e. Raul fernandez in Moto2 and Izan Guevara in Moto3. And it is on the latter that the Spaniard talent scout focuses particularly on.
