Danilo Petrucci is still his turn Dakar Rally where he experiences ups and downs while gritting his teeth all the same, because the injury to his ankle constantly reminds him of his bad memories on the marathon stages of this unparalleled rally. Petrux experienced stage victory, falls, breakdowns, he got lost in the middle of the desert and, in these events, he seemed to find himself and rebuild himself.
A personal and professional relaunch that he had however started to organize before attacking the dunes, but which completely revealed itself in conquering them. On GP One, he thus almost announces his return to Ducati to take on the challenge of MotoAmerica. We thus read about the next conquest of America: “ It's not official yet, but you already know. It's a decision I made before the Dakar, but I asked for it to be revealed at the end. First out of respect, and then because I wanted to take advantage of it ". But he also adds: “ now we have to see what KTM will do. I spoke to Valentino Rossi who asked me some questions, and I told him I would like to do it with him behind the wheel and me as navigator. If Valentino is not very compatible with the Dakar timetable, the cars launch there later for the stage, which maybe we can do. That would be cool ".
