The announcement of farewells Davide Brivio à Alpine Racing and to the world of F1 was perhaps a surprise. Having joined the team in 2021, following sensational farewells from Suzuki straight after winning the MotoGP riders' title, he first took on the role of Race Director and then Director of Racing Expansion Projects, which included running the Academy, i.e. tell the team's youth program. He also had a contract valid until 2024, but an agreement was reached for an early consensual separation.

The Italian manager commented on his farewell as follows: “ Having participated in F1 with Alpine is a chapter in my career that I am proud of. I would like to thank Alpine for giving me the opportunity to discover Formula 1, which was my desire, and for giving me the chance to pass on part of my motorsport experience to the young drivers of the Academy ».
