Ducati secured its third consecutive MotoGP manufacturers' world title in Aragón, with five events remaining in the 2022 championship.

The rule is simple: At each event, the points of the best representative of each manufacturer are counted.

With the victory ofEnea Bastianini in Aragón, Ducati now has 346 points, or 129 points more than Aprilia, and as there are only five events left, or 125 points to be awarded, the manufacturer from Borgo Panigale is already titled, for the fourth time in the premier category.

Francis Bagnaia (Jerez, Mugello, Assen, Silverstone, Austria, Misano) and Enea Bastianini (Qatar, Americas, France, Aragón) were the main contributors, even if the Italian manufacturer has theundeniable advantage of lining up eight machines on the grid.

Conversely, Aprilia only presents two, but is in second place thanks to his spearhead, Aleix Espargaró, who scored only one victory (Argentina), but five additional podiums to which are added the three obtained by Maverick Vinales.

at Yamaha, the situation is even more contrasted, the Iwata firm totaling 213 points, of which 211 are the result of the sole fabio quartararo, the remaining 2 of Cal Crutchlow for his first race of the year, in Aragón!
