Johann zarco has already made its resolutions for 2022 and the main one will be to adapt its driving style to that of Pecco Bagnaia. An ambition which was mentioned after the Jerez tests which already launched the offseason: “ I don't do exactly like Pecco, but I'm going in that direction and I want to do a mix with my style » he announced. It must be said that the results speak for themselves: bagnaia won four of the last six rounds, falling at Misano while leading the race and finishing third at Austin. He also qualified on the front row throughout the second half of the season, including five pole positions in the last six rounds.

To raise his level of play, he reveals his strategy: “ I think the potential of the bike continues to increase and my job is to get even more feeling to, not ride exactly like Pecco, but to go in that direction and then mix that with my style ».
