It’s a fabio quartararo radiant who appeared during the presentation of the new MotoGP team bearing the seal of Petronas. A Malaysian team, which is historic for MotoGP. It will also be Yamaha's new satellite structure, which is no small thing. Franco Morbidelli will spearhead it with an official M1. His teammate will be the young 19-year-old Frenchman who will thus reach the summit. After a journey strewn with pitfalls!

More fabio quartararo is also well surrounded and he was able to quickly assimilate the notion of resilience. It was a good thing for him, since he was integrated into the elite. In an exclusive interview with crash.net, he looks at the path traveled: “ It's certain that all of this made me stronger, because I had some really difficult seasons. 2016 with Leopard was the most complicated. It was a really negative season, but really positive for my experience. So I only retain the positive aspects of everything that has happened to me in my career and leave the negative aspects ».

For 2019, the compatriot of Johann zarco approaches his challenge with humility: “ the objective will of course be to be the best of the four debutants this season. But I'm not putting pressure on myself, it's my first year in MotoGP. I have to take it slowly, improve step by step and race by race to try to obtain the possible results ».

A philosophy which will be applied from the first tests of the start of the school year at Sepang: “I am going to start driving a MotoGP again. Because after more than two months of rest, it will be difficult on the first day. But the main goal will always be not to rush and to be ready for the Qatar Grand Prix.”

Finally, Fabio takes stock of his winter break: “ I worked a lot on my physical condition. I went to California with Jack Miller and Marcel Schrotter for three weeks. I did a lot of motocross, mountain biking, gym work, everything to get in shape to ride. After four days of testing, I was able to see where I needed to work. It was mainly the upper arms and shoulders. So I worked a lot on that, but I also tried not to get too big, because you have to have the right body shape. I think I had a very good winter and I feel good ».
