After a long summer break, the MotoGP World Championship is ready to resume at Silverstone this weekend for the 10th round of the 2024 season. The program is adjusted to local time, taking into account the one hour difference with the European continent.
In the category MotoGP, Pecco Bagnaia, the recently married championship leader, arrives at Silverstone with a 10-point lead. He is the favorite for this round, but will have to remain vigilant against his rivals. Among these, George Martin, his runner-up in the provisional general classification, who will seek to reduce the gap, or even regain control of the title race which was in his hands before the last German Grand Prix.
Marc Marquez will take to heart that he is still a formidable competitor. He is fighting to return to the top of the rankings with a Enea Bastianini on his heels and who completes the quartet Ducati on your mind.
In Moto2, the four riders of Boscoscuro dominated the first half of the season. Their performance at Silverstone will be closely scrutinized as they look to maintain their supremacy. In Moto3, David Alonso, already in a mini-breakaway at the world championship, is the driver to watch. He has shown impressive consistency and will look to consolidate his leadership position at Silverstone.
