We will not go so far as to say that Luigi Dall'Igna's life is easy, because the current situation is only the result of both immense work and limitless imagination, but with eight times the best bike in the field on the grid, his role during the weekend often consists of watching his Desmosedici fight among themselves to win the races, as was again the case this time in Mandalika for the Grand Prix MotoGP from Indonesia.

Pole position on Saturday morning with Luca marini, victory and constructors' title in the afternoon with George Martin and victory in the Sunday Grand Prix thanks to Francesco Bagnaia, the cup is full, don't throw any more away!

A scenario that has been repeated many times this year, since only alex rins in the USA and Alex Espargaro in Silverstone and Catalonia managed to deprive Borgo Panigale of a victory in the 15 Grands Prix already passed this season. The situation is identical with regard to Sprint races since only Brad Binder in Jerez and again Alex Espargaro in Barcelona deprived the ex-Aprilia engineer of a smile in front of the cameras.

Out of 30 events contested so far this year, that's not a lot and, icing on the cake, the constructors' title fell this weekend to the reds, while there are still 10 races to go, and that the driver's title is hardly in doubt, even if in this regard it would be preferable if the victorious GP23 was red and not melticolor...

It is easy to understand that the man with the white goatee is rave about taking stock of this weekend in Indonesia...

Luigi Dall'Igna“A race experienced at a crossroads and during which a twist of theater was always envisaged, even more so if we place ourselves in the perspective of the entire weekend.

A weekend which did not start under the best auspices, but which ended with a resounding victory, won lap after lap by a formidable Pecco who found success at the most important stage of the season. A perfect way to celebrate the Manufacturers' title won on Saturday.

A strong sign, a success intensely desired, suffered and conquered, having given everything, a true masterpiece after what happened in qualifying and in the Sprint Race. A shining example of the reaction and determination of a true champion, who stepped up immediately when circumstances swung in his favor, and there is no doubt that they did. After winning Saturday's Sprint race handily, Jorge also dominated the GP with ruthless authority, betrayed only by excess zeal. Bagnaia simply ran his race, with the pride and the awareness of always believing in it: that's what brought him back to victory. It's his splendid race, and it's this winning attitude that lifts our morale. He achieved with tenacity and talent a comeback that had not been seen in the dry for years; a resounding success which made the difference and brought him back to the top of the Championship. There are five races left until the end of the season: it will be very tough. What has happened in recent races, including today's, shows the uncertainty for an all-Ducati challenge that promises to be exciting and entirely dedicated to sportsmanship. We are proud of all this.

Unfortunately, Enea was penalized by an initial error which relegated him to the back of the pack; however, three of our bikes placed in the top 5 positions, with a happy fourth place for the new Di Giannantonio, his best performance in the top category; an impressive fifth place for Bezzecchi, not forgetting the fantastic Pole Position of Marini who was then unlucky in the race.

Come on, Ducati! »
