Lately we see you on your social networks with spectacular cars, are you going to compete this year 2022 on four wheels?

« It's a possibility. I'm attracted to trying a new category that has less risk and less physical discipline but still provides the adrenaline and competitive feeling of competition. We will see if an agreement can be found to compete… »

How was your experience at Valentino Rossi Ranch?

« A unique experience, because for those who love Dirt Track, the Valentino circuit is like a Disneyland for adults... I didn't expect the invitation and it was a pleasant surprise that I really appreciate. I was so excited that I decided to cancel my flight to Punta Cana in order to attend. I enjoyed it as a child both on and off the track. »

Do you have a motorcycle-related plan in mind?

« Being a commentator is a possibility that is also in the air and which really appeals to me. »
Are you going to get your YouTube channel back for next year?

« I do not believe that. The idea was very good since I was the pioneer and it was very successful, but it required more effort and preparation than I had imagined. A pain… »

As happened to you at the end of 2019, this season we have seen the farewell of Valentino Rossi, one of your great rivals, do you think that MotoGP will notice his absence or that we have plenty of ingredients for the fans to follow the championship?

« The bike was followed long before Rossi's and it will continue to be followed after him. But it is true that Valentino's charisma and authenticity helped a large percentage of spectators notice MotoGP and start following it. It will be difficult to find another personality as charismatic as Rossi. »

Most MotoGP riders will have to renew their contracts for 2023. On previous occasions there have been cases where the contract was renewed before the start of the year, for the following year, do you think the windows negotiation should be defined as in football to concentrate in competition?

« No, I wouldn't change that... »

Throughout your sporting career there have been times when you have bravely and sincerely admitted to being afraid, do you think that fear can affect Marc Márquez after several injuries in a row, which will prevent him from being the one what was it in 2019?

« If there is a type of character where fear acts the least, it is that of Marc, although he is still human and no one likes to get hurt. Certainly, in some circumstances you are more careful than before, but this will surely affect you less than other types of drivers. Of course, for the sake of MotoGP, let's hope that physically he returns to what he was, and if that's the case, I have no doubt that he will win world championships again. »

Jorge Lorenzo: “ between Quartararo and Bagnaia in 2022, I see Pecco with more possibilities, simply because he has a Ducati”

Do you see a dominant in MotoGP who can add several titles or after Mir and Quartararo do you see a new champion for 2022?

« Quartararo and Bagnaia are the favorites, but even if Fabio is champion, I see Pecco with more possibilities, simply because he has a Ducati, which, for me, is undoubtedly the best bike at the moment. I think this Ducati with Márquez or Stoner would have already won other championships and if everything goes well in the future they will get it with Pecco or Martín. »

Do you think your compatriot Joan Mir should go to Yamaha or Ducati to have more guarantees of being competitive or should he remain Suzuki's number 1 rider?

« I think it was only by going to Ducati that Mir would take a clear step forward. Suzuki and Yamaha from the outside I see them with a similar level. KTM is not bad and the Honda and Aprilia seem complicated, although they can be there too. The Ducati is very fast with any rider and it's not by chance... »

In Moto2 we saw how Fernández won more races than Gardner but lost the title. Do you think more points should be awarded to the winner of a race or that results could be overturned in order to eliminate crashes that mark the standings? I have the feeling that consistency is important and it's a speed championship.

« Hmm…I don’t think so. This may be the case in a 6 race championship, but in a 20 race championship, if you're not fast, you almost always won't win. In fact, the two fastest placed second and first. Although it is true that as in life, luck in sport can sometimes play a determining role. »

Do you think Pedro Acosta is the new great talent who can mark the next decade in the World Championship?

« Without a doubt, what Pedro has done is something very rare and special, which shows his immense talent. He is also very intelligent and likes to work. He has all the cards in hand to do it, but as I said previously, luck or bad luck also has an influence in a risky sport and he still has many steps to go… »
