Italy

Here we are on race day in this Italian Grand Prix. We expect them to be at least as thrilling as the qualifications offered by the MotoGP category at Mugello on Saturday, with riders on track with slicks on wet asphalt and a Q2 whose debut was marked by a red flag due to the violent fall of Marc Marquez…

The pole went to an incredible Fabio DiGiannantonio, who achieved his first peak position in MotoGP in his eighth race and what's more, at home at Mugello, the temple of speed. The Gresini Team rider, after passing Q1 with the best time, got the better of another rookie and brand companion at Ducati, Marco Bezzecchi (Mooney VR46 Racing Team), just 88 thousandths behind the Roman driver who set a 1'46.156. Luca marini is also on the front row, with the second Ducati of the Mooney VR46 Racing Team, at 0.171s.

Fourth time and second row for another Ducati, that of Pramac Racing from Johann zarco, which preceded the official Desmosedici of Francis Bagnaia and the only Yamaha protagonist, that of the reigning champion fabio quartararo, who when it comes to showing his claws, never misses the call.

The first front line is unprecedented in Italy

Aleix Espargarò will open the third row with Aprilia, followed by Honda from Takaaki Nakagami et Pol Espargaro. Only tenth, Enea Bastianini (Gresini Racing) winner at Le Mans, who preceded his brand companion George Martin (Ducati Pramac) and a Marc Marquez unrecognizable, who finished 12th after a fall.

Penalties fell for George Martin et Darryn binder. The former was penalized three positions for impeding another driver in FP3, while the latter received a long lap penalty for failing to slow down and crashing under a yellow flag, also in FP3.

What will the three races on the program for this Sunday in Tuscany have in store for us? To make sure you don't miss anything, here are the timetables.
