Marc, that's an incredible number: 100 career pole positions! But we've rarely felt like you were pushed as hard as you were in this session, with Alex in great form and Pecco back at his best. How satisfying is this pole, breaking the lap record?
Marc Marquez: “Yes, I'm particularly happy because it's a real pole position. I did it without slipstreaming, alone, just trying to reach my limits. It was a very good lap, and I'm super happy, especially on a circuit where, theoretically, Pecco and Alex are faster than me. We still managed to get pole position.” Even in free practice, the pace wasn't bad. But we have to be patient, because in the afternoon, with the higher temperatures, everything can change. For now, we're here, well positioned, and ready to fight for the sprint race as well as the main Grand Prix."
