After a day on Friday which saw a single FP1 session of 75 minutes take place under the sun, Saturday's day was more chaotic: red flag in FP2 then FP3 canceled due to rain. On the other hand, qualifying took place and Marc Márquez was able to take advantage of these conditions to clock a time of 1'55.214, which propelled him to pole.
