After lighting up the French Grand Prix with a masterful victory, Jorge Martin spoke to “Sky Sport” about his ambitions and his future potential at Ducati. The Pramac team driver, at the top of the championship standings with 129 points after his triumph at Le Mans, speaks candidly about his aspirations and his mental balance.
« What we accomplish with the team is incredible, but I don't think about the title yet. I keep calm, much more than in previous years, " sharing Martin. As for the rumors about his future, he takes them with equanimity: “ It's not pressure. Before, when I was a rookie, the risk was not to have a motorcycle at all. My dream is to join the official Ducati team and win with them."
George Martin does not hesitate to share the difficulties encountered at the start of the season, marked by vibrations which disrupted his performances. “ In France, I rediscovered the sensations of last year. We worked on details rather than problems. This Grand Prix could well be a turning point for the season."
In terms of competition, the Martinator measures the progress made and the challenges ahead by MotoGP. " There's still a lot to do, I'm not thinking about it at the moment. My goal is to give the best of myself, enjoy every moment."

Speaking of the pressure of starting his career, Martin recalls his difficult beginnings. “ I had pressure when I was a rookie and I was in danger of losing my place. Now I run for me, to get results."
Concerning his future, the Spaniard is confident but patient. “ Good things take time. We should know in the next two races, but I don't think much will change for me. In Barcelona or Mugello, I will be the same driver."
Finally, he is considering whether to join the official team Ducati. " I fight with incredible champions. Winning against them is fantastic and challenging. Every driver wants to be on a factory team and I think it's the right time for me."
George Martin concludes on an emotional note: “ winning a title with Pramac would be the realization of a dream. This would crown my journey and that of the team who supported me so much. I really hope to join the official Ducati team and continue winning with them."
