KTM Raul Fernandez Remy Gardner

At KTM, this 2021 season reveals a succession that is pushing hard and who, given their performances, will perhaps not wait long enough to remain without rewards within the Austrian family. The latter must therefore take care of the champions it raises but places are limited within it. Unless we release some quickly enough... This is what seems to be taking shape according to the rumor which would like Gardner and Raul Fernandez to experience the same destiny as the Oliveira Brad Binder couple in MotoGP. Meanwhile, Pedro Acosta would move up to Moto2. Which also means two collateral damages...

At KTM, we are thinking about the composition of the teams for 2022 and, a priori, everything will be made official when we return from the summer break. But the plans will be set in stone before then. The situation is as follows: three drivers are having a very good season in the intermediate categories and two positions are potentially available in MotoGP. At the partner's Tech3, whose vocation is precisely to help the young generation KTM to flourish among the elite.

In Moto2, Remy gardner is leading the world championship and he won his first victory of the season at Mugello, putting his young teammate in line on the last lap Raul fernandez. The latter is a rookie, but with already two victories and two pole positions which mean that he is also the main rival of the first mentioned for both the title and a rise in MotoGP… So, which one to choose of the two, knowing that the An Australian from a good family proclaims to anyone who will listen that he already has his place assured? The answer is simple: both!

KTM also moves the lines to keep Pedro Acosta

Therefore, Remy gardner et Raul Fernandez would continue to support each other in their careers in the manner ofOlive tree and Brad Binder now united under the official colors KTM in MotoGP and who were teammates in Moto2 before that, with Ajo. The promotion of the duo would have the advantage of freeing up a place for Peter Acosta in Moto2. But that would be very bad news for Danilo Petrucci et Iker Lecuona which should then make way for new arrivals…

A plan that would ensure an upward trajectory for a Peter Acosta which has annexed the Moto3 category which it only discovered this year. He has won three of his first six races and currently leads the world championship by 52 points. KTM obviously does not want to lose this talent. A departure like that of George Martin towards Ducati should be avoided at all costs.
