The Argentine MotoGP Grand Prix, scheduled for Sunday April 3, will be broadcast unencrypted on C8. The Canal group channel will go on air at 19:45 p.m., fifteen minutes before the start of the race. The broadcaster of the World Speed Championship is taking advantage of this prime time window to expose the competition, which it usually broadcasts on Canal+ channels.
Like last season, C8 will allow you to follow several MotoGP races live this year, starting with the Argentine Grand Prix on April 3. The channel owned by Canal+ will go on air at 19:45 p.m. The entire Argentine Grand Prix, in addition to the tests, qualifying and Moto 2 and Moto 3 races, will also be broadcast on Canal+ Décalé.
Last year, Canal+ recorded its record audience for MotoGP, with the free-to-air broadcast of the Qatar Grand Prix, the first round of the season (1,46 million viewers on average).
This broadcast will precede by a few weeks that of the French Grand Prix, also offered free of charge on May 15.
