Moto2

There will be manufacturers in Moto2 next year, but they will only be colors displayed on fairings covering a Kalex frame and a Triumph engine. Would Moto2 be the precursor to the cost-controlled MotoGP of tomorrow? Still, we will have to remember the almost one-make formula when seeing machines mentioning Yamaha, KTM, Fantic, GASGAS and, in 2023, also Husqvarna. The KTM group is thus bringing the Germans from the current IntactGP structure into its fold, which does not displease one of its top MotoGP riders Brad Binder, since he will see his brother Darryn there, who is thus bouncing back after his first season in MotoGP at RNF Yamaha.

Husqvarna officially arrives in the Moto2 World Championship in 2023. The historically Swedish firm will expand its presence in the Grand Prix paddock by having its own structure within the intermediate category. Everything indicates that Husqvarna will use Kalex frames for his new adventure.

Darryn Binder deserved this opportunity in Moto2

The arrival ofHusqvarna in the intermediate class is made possible thanks to its alliance with IntactGP, resulting in a new structure already named LIQUI MOLY Husqvarna IntactGP which will count in its ranks two very talented drivers: on the one hand, the still member of the grid MotoGP, Darryn binder, and the European Moto2 champion Lukas Tulovic.

In addition to his debut in Moto2, Husqvarna will maintain its current structure in the Moto3 category, where it will again have the Japanese Ayumu Sasaki -author of two victories this year- and the beginner Colin Veijer, a 17-year-old Dutchman who will be promoted to the world championship after shining in the Red Bull Rookies Cup, a paddock in which he added three victories this year.
