A digital Jerez will be the third meeting of a virtual Grand Prix bringing together authentic Grand Prix drivers around a TV and gamepads. This time, there will not only be MotoGP on the program. Moto2 and Moto3 will also be there. What makes up the world and here is the breakdown of the workforce…

On the Grand Prix calendar, the May 3 was registered for a race Jerez which was to be the fifth round of the 2020 season. And there will be a Spanish Grand Prix this first Sunday in May, but it will be virtual. From the handlebars to the game controllers, there is only one step that will be taken, as with the Mugello who inaugurated the series and the Red Bull Ring which followed.

But this time, in addition to our riders in MotoGP, there will be ten in Moto2, then eleven in Moto3. It almost looks like it... For the major class, there will be one representative per team, with the exception of the reigning world champions Honda who can field two.

We will therefore identify Marc et Alex Marquez for Honda, Danilo Petrucci for Ducati, Maverick Vinales for Yamaha, Alex Rins for Suzuki, fabio quartararo for Petronas, Tito Rabat for Avintia, Miguel Oliveira et Iker Lecuona for Tech3 which also uses the place of the official KTM team, Lorenzo Savadori for Aprilia and the latest winner, Pecco Bagnaia for Pramac Ducati.

 

 

 

Moto2 will also be on track with Jorge Martin, Lorenzo Baldassarri, Enea Bastianini, Marcos Ramírez, Jorge Navarro, Marcel Schrötter, Arón Canet, Jake Dixon, Bo Bendsneyder et Luca marini. In Moto3, will be reunited Albert Arenas, Dennis Foggia, Niccolò Antonelli, Gabriel Rodrigo, Tony Arbolino, Raul Fernández, Sergio Garcia, Deniz Öncü, Alonso López et Riccardo rossi.

For the first time, the latest generation video game, the MotoGP20, will be played. MotoGP will take place on thirteen laps, the equivalent of 50% of the actual race distance, while the intermediate categories will be satisfied with 35% of the distance, or eight laps.
