When the red lights go out... Fabio Quartararo doesn't waste a second and sets off first on the track.

No surprises on the tire side: Everyone is on softs!

The first time reference is that of Franco Morbidelli in 1'32.393.

It's a very quick start-up but on the next pass, fabio quartararo recorded the absolute best time of the weekend in 1'31.679.

The first salvo is fired but The Devil manages to improve further in 1'31.665 while Francesco Bagnaia expresses his dissatisfaction with Miguel Oliveira who embarrassed him.

We return to the box and put on a new rear tire…

There are four minutes left when the first attacks take place, starting with that of Maverick Vinales, then fourth, who improves his partials and obtains… Nothing because he fails in the fourth sector.

Andrea Dovizioso, then tenth, managed to light the third sector in red and jumped to second place.

In the last minute, Jack Miller took pole position in 1'31.537 but in their last attempt, Fabio Quartararo, Andrea Dovizioso and Danilo Petrucci are still able to improve.

In the end, it was the Frenchman who took pole position, his ninth in his MotoGP career!
