To fabio quartararo, Franco Morbidelli, Francis Bagnaia, Johann zarco, Alex Rins, Jack Miller, Luca Marini, Aleix Espargaro, Miguel Oliveira et Maverick Vinales, already qualified for Q2, this 4-minute FP30 will take on the classic appearance of a work session in preparation for the race, with a long run on the program with a full tank and tires planned to tackle the 25 laps of the circuit from Portimao.
Conversely, for Alex Marquez, Joan mir, Pol Espargaro, Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez, you will also have to think about Q1 to try to reach the first four rows of the starting grid for the Portuguese Grand Prix.
As for the unfortunate George Martin, victim of a big fall this morning in FP3, he is now undergoing examinations at Faro hospital, which is certainly negative news but rather reassuring in view of the ejection suffered...
The weather conditions are still quite good, with the sky now semi-overcast and temperatures of 25° in the air and 37° on the ground.
While the 21 drivers are preparing, let's enjoy these few minutes of live broadcast thanks to the official website MotoGP.com:
