MotoGP LIVE Valencia-2 Warm Up: Franco Morbidelli drives the point home!

The die is cast regarding the positions on the starting grid of this Valencian Community Grand Prix and, at 14 p.m., we will therefore see Franco Morbidelli, Jack Miller and Takaaki Nakagami start in front of Johann Zarco, Pol Espargaró and Maverick Viñales, then Aleix Espargaró, Francesco Bagnaia and Brad Binder before Miguel Oliveira, Fabio Quartararo and Joan Mir.

All the drivers chose a medium front tire, while the choices were soft and medium for the rear.

Aleix I will espargaro proves to be the quickest to get into rhythm, in 1'32.122 from the first flying lap.

The Aprilia rider confirms on the next pass in 1'31.540 ahead of a group shot from the Yamahas of Valentino Rossi, Maverick Vinales, Franco Morbidelli and Fabio Quartararo, before being overwhelmed by his brother Pol in 1'31.195.

This time of the KTM rider, achieved with a soft rear tire, resists for a while the onslaught of Franco Morbidelli, Andrea Dovizioso, Fabio Quartararo and Joan Mir…until the pole sitter Franco Morbidelli achieves 1'31.057 halfway through the session.

Takaaki Nakagami then occupies fourth position, confirming the solidity of its performance behind Franco Morbidelli, Pol Espargaró and Andrea Dovizioso, and in front Aleix Espargaró, Joan Mir, Brad Binder, Fabio Quartararo, Miguel Oliveira, Maverick Viñales, Johann Zarco, Valentino Rossi, Álex Rins and Jack Miller.
