The challenge is immense but Marc Marquez is the man of all challenges. At the end of a 2018 season where he was once again crowned MotoGP World Champion, and after having done four days of testing in preparation for the next campaign, the man who also dedicated his employer and his team left went to get treatment for a fragile left shoulder. So much so that it frightened his surgeons who still wonder how he was able to achieve all these feats with a limb in such a bad state. Since then, the man from Cervera has been doing hard work to put the brakes on time and get back to the best of his form.

The objective is to arrive on February 6 in Sepang for the start of the school year and continue technical preparation. Operated on December 4, the one who did not refuse that Jorge Lorenzo or his new teammate first had to remain on total rest for two weeks. Then he embarked on a fortnight of activities during which he could not use his upper body. A phase now ended.

Now he is moving up a gear as shown in this image with his trainer Carlos Garcia. The Honda rider began to strengthen and stabilize his core and injured shoulder. This new phase of rehabilitation will last until mid-January, when Marc will be able to start training with a motorcycle. It is clear that the Cervera phenomenon is doing what is necessary to meet deadlines in order to arrive in the best possible conditions for the first 2019 tests of the off-season which will take place on the Sepang circuit in a month.
