He then goes into detail: “ I do two hours of rehabilitation in the morning and two more in the afternoon. I dedicate almost the whole day to my body in order to be as fit as possible for the Sepang test. But always thinking that the first Grand Prix is in Qatar in March, and that deadlines must be respected. The recovery will not be more intense than last year. It was less painful, but more difficult. I've been told before that when you open a shoulder there are a lot of nerves and muscles and you can hit something very important for shoulder mobility and strength.
