The electric motorcycle is flourishing in a market won by the electrification of ranges. A movement that MotoGP could not ignore so much so that, for 2019, it introduced into its program a MotoE. A unique machine, with batteries to move and three French people engaged in a unique championship made up of five races. The first tests have taken place. And the elite pilots watched these new machines spin. Among them, Marc Marquez.
The five-time MotoGP champion has dominated the category since his arrival in 2013. As a Honda official, he is the reference who impresses so much with his track record, his style, or his very particular motivation to achieve his goals...
What does such a thoroughbred think of the speed of this MotoE? He gave his opinion on Motoracing... " I have seen videos, I find them very strange. On the straight, the motorcycles are silent. If I would like to try? For the moment no, I prefer MotoGP, but I think it's the future, sooner or later... Better as late as possible ».

2019 races :
MotoE™ will compete alongside MotoGP™ in five European events in 2019, as has already been confirmed:
Jerez – May 5
Le Mans – May 19
Sachsenring – July 7
Austria – August 11
Misano – September 15 (two races)
The races will last approximately 15 minutes and the weekend schedule will be as follows:
– FP1 and FP2 sessions on Friday
– A qualifying session on Saturday
– The race will take place on Sunday, before the Moto3™ race
– The last event of the season at Misano will have one race on Saturday and one race on Sunday.
