Even before the start of their joint adventure at Ducati, many are anticipating an explosive collaboration between Marc Marquez and Pecco Bagnaia. The respective clans of each have never hidden their disagreement, and the few muscular duels they engaged in on the track last year did not help.
Ducati's management has already admitted that this bet can lead to a wonderful understanding, or to a disaster when it comes to internal relations within the team. By participating in their first photoshoot for the presentation of Ducati, the two men have nevertheless expressed a strong gesture, with a symbolic hug published on the Borgo Panigale social networks. A beautiful sporting gesture.
For the rest, the two men will participate in their first joint event next Monday. The Campioni in Pista (champions on the track) event will begin at around eleven o'clock in metropolitan France.
The scheduled appointment will allow Ducati to unveil the colours of its Desmosedici GP25. A machine expected to be the most competitive on the grid. It remains to be seen how the relationship between Marquez and Bagnaia will evolve over the course of the year, as they appear to be the favourites for the title.
