The MotoGP World Championship returns to the Misano circuit this weekend for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, the second consecutive race at the Italian track. Expect a thrilling spectacle, especially with the Ducati roosters ready to do battle. Pecco Bagnaia, Jorge Martín, Enea Bastianini, Marc Marquez and Franco Morbidelli are preparing for a fierce battle, while Ducati looks set to be the clear favourite.

Misano is a familiar playground for Pecco Bagnaia, who trains regularly here with the VR46 Academy of Valentino Rossi. However, it is Marc Marquez who surprised everyone by winning the first race a week ago. The Catalan driver could create another surprise, but bagnaia intends to take advantage of the home advantage to regain the upper hand.

This race could prove decisive for the championship. Misano marks the last European stop before the Asian Tour, a series of races that promises to be intense. For Marc Marquez et Enea Bastianini, it's time to go on the offensive: they absolutely have to score big points to stay in the title race. Pedro Acosta, for his part, showed impressive pace in the first round, despite a fall. He could also interfere in the fight at the front.

Ducati clearly dominates this season, and Misano is an ideal circuit for the Italian brand. With Bagnaia, Martin, Bastianini et Marquez Among the favorites, the Bologna brand can consider a prolific weekend. However, Jorge Martin has to deal with additional pressure: Franco Morbidelli, his teammate and friend of bagnaia could play a crucial role in the internal struggle within the team.

On the side of Honda et Yamaha , the mood is gloomy. Once dominant, these two brands are now fighting to get out of the impasse thanks to concessions. Their drivers will have a lot to do to find the path to success on a track where they have historically shone.

Aprilia, also racing at home, hopes to restore its image after a disastrous weekend in the first round. The Italian team must absolutely find solutions to avoid being left behind on home soil.

With such an uncertain scenario and such tight competition, this Grand Prix of Emilia Romagna promises to be an unmissable event for MotoGP fans. The engines are ready to roar, and the riders are ready to fight until the end to secure victory and score valuable points before the big departure to Asia.

In such a context, what will this start of the Grand Prix marked by this FP1 have in store for us? Before knowing it, here is the table which summarizes the facts known so far.
