« We are back in Misano for the second time this year, but the conditions will be very different to those of two weeks ago. It will be cooler, and we arrive after a day of testing. Physically I feel better than before Misano 1, so we will have an advantage from the start. The Emilia Romagna Grand Prix also marks the start of a triple-header, so it will be crucial to do well at this point in the championship »

For its part, Enea Bastianini, who is hoping to shine in front of his home fans, says he is ready to fight for a podium after making progress in recent testing:
« Racing at home is always special, and this year we are lucky enough to be back for a second time. Temperatures will be lower and track conditions slightly different. During testing, we found a solution that allowed me to be fast with the medium rear tire, what we lacked in Misano 1 to be able to aim for victory. Let's see how this weekend goes, but I'm positive »
This Grand Prix promises to be special, with the main race scheduled for 13:00 p.m. to avoid a scheduling conflict with the Formula 1 race in Singapore. Both drivers Ducati will be keen to get a good result as the end of the season approaches MotoGP is fast approaching.
