Pecco Bagnaia, looking to redeem himself at Misano after a poor performance in the last Grand Prix at Aragon, was looking for a perfect weekend after his pole position in qualifying. However, it was not Bagnaia who made history in the Sprint race that followed.

The real protagonist was George Martin, delivering one of the best performances of his career. Martin has an impressive command of the starts. Starting from 4th place, he jumped like a rocket to take the lead from the first corner, imposing himself with indisputable authority. His first part of the race was breathtaking, gaining half a second on bagnaia in one turn.

bagnaia, although determined, never managed to really worry Martin. The Spaniard left no openings, fully deserving this victory snatched with brilliance. Behind, Franco Morbidelli gave his all to secure the third step of the podium. A mistake in the last laps could have allowed Enea Bastianini to overtake him, but the latter finished fifth.

Marc Marquez, meanwhile, continued his methodical progression. After battling with riders like Quartararo, Bezzecchi, Miller, and Binder, he eventually passed Peter Acosta, who could not resist the pressure of the experienced pilot. Marc Marquez finally secured a well-deserved fifth place.

On the side of KTM, they have slipped into the "Ducati Cup" again, but remain distanced. Pedro Acosta, Brad Binder et Jack Miller did their best, but could not fully compete with the Ducati.

At Aprilia, it's another disappointing day, with Casa Particular in Viñales et I will espargaro finishing 11th and 12th. Their satellite drivers also suffered. As for Honda et Yamaha , they continue to lag behind. Nakagami once again finished last, whilealex rins, testing a new chassis on the Yamaha M1, had to settle for 18th place. Johann zarco was the best pilot Honda, While fabio quartararo showed some encouraging signs by taking 9th place, the first non-Ducati in the top 10.

But here we are on Sunday, which is another day that begins with this warm-up. Before knowing the result, here is the table that summarizes the facts known so far.
